It is not necessary to describe new processes every year. In SOFOS 360® you can define your processes once and copy them to the next (calendar) year. You can copy one process at a time.

In the menu on the left, choose CMR Registration > Process > Process administration.

• Choose in the grid the process you want to copy and click Copy Process Schedule.
  
• Change the year with the up arrow () or by typing in the new year and confirm with OK.
  
• You will get a new screen where you can see that the year has changed. Confirm the entry with Save to process it in SOFOS 360®.
  
• You will not see the result immediately if the list of process administrations is extended. If you want to see if the copying was successful, you can apply a filter in the grid. For example, 'year' becomes '2019'. You will now see your copied process administration.
  
• • Of course, you can also use another filter, for example Process or Department or business unit.
